My dog doesn’t like it. He’s afraid of it. How do I go about getting my money back?
Very nice fountain. I am still teaching my sheltie how to drink from the fountain. He has fun putting his nose in the fountain so he doesn’t have it down perfectly yet. All the pieces are in good working order and no problems.
My shelf table drink out of it but my chihuahua won't
This is a great water fountain. It’s easy to clean, nice looking and holds a lot of water. My dogs love it and took to it immediately after putting it in my kitchen. I would definitely recommend this. It came with extra filters and a brush to clean it.
My two Tibetan Terriers quickly adjusted to the pet fountain. Set up was easy. However, i have two issues: 1) the cover to the water pump cover will not come off as shown in the instruction. 2) Shipping packaging was very flimsy and the bowl arrived with a signicant dent. I have reached out to support and am waiting for a response.
